Terms and Conditions of Registration

Acknowledgment of Risks
By signing this form, you acknowledge that participating in martial arts or fitness activities involves risks of injuries, including but not limited to bruises, sprains, fractures, or other serious injuries.
Liability Waiver
You agree that Edmundston Combat & Fitness, its coaches, staff, and partners are not responsible for any injury or material damage resulting from your participation in our activities, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
Physical and Medical Fitness
You confirm that you are in good physical and mental health to participate in these activities. If you have any pre-existing medical conditions, it is your responsibility to consult a healthcare professional before beginning.
Behavior and Respect
You commit to respecting the coaches, other participants, and the club’s facilities. Any inappropriate behavior or violation of club rules may result in expulsion without a refund.
Minors
For participants under the age of 18, parental or legal guardian authorization is required. The guardian assumes responsibility for the risks and agrees to the above terms on behalf of the minor.
Use of Likeness
You consent to the use of photos or videos taken during classes or events by the club for promotional purposes unless otherwise notified in writing.
Cancellations and Refunds
In the event of cancellation by the participant, registration fees will not be refunded. If a class is canceled by the club, it will be rescheduled or credited.
Acceptance of Terms
By signing this form, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the above terms and conditions.
